Upper Wufang village vernacular architecture located at the foot of Yuhua Mountain in the southwest of Daciyan Town, Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, founded in the early years of the Ming Dynasty, there are 65 buildings from the Ming, Qing and Republican periods, including temples, private schools, halls, halls, houses and other types. The ancestral halls mainly include Fangzhengtang, Yanqing Hall, Sanle Hall, Shangzhitang, Shimeitang, and Yizhengtang; Most of the ancient houses were built in the Ming, Qing and Republican periods, among which Fang Tingsheng, Fang Yinsong and Fang Huiyu houses have higher value. The historical development of the whole village is clear, the overall pattern is well preserved, the building types are rich, and the decoration and carving are exquisite, which fully reflects the superb level of the ancients in courtyard layout and architectural art.
