Xixing Wharf and Guotanghang complex are located in the east of Tieling District, Xixing Street is located in the east gate of Binjiang District, Hangzhou Binjiang District, Hangzhou. Xixing Street is located in Dongdaemun, Binjiang District, is the administrative center of the district, Xiaoshan Beikan Street to the east, Xianghu Lake to the south, Changhe Street to the west, Qiantang River to the north.  In the north of the region, there are Olympic Sports Expo, Internet of Things Industrial Park, the central Beitang River, Xixing Old Street Historic Reserve, the southern industrial park and Baima Lake Ecological Creative City.As early as the Western Jin Dynasty, the Xixing Canal was built, and the wharf in this area was called the first in eastern Zhejiang Province." Cross pond bank" mainly plays the role of exchange of bills and transit of goods. Now, there are many buildings in Xixing Old Street, most of them are buildings in the late Qing Dynasty, such as Shen Weiquan Guanhe Road 102, 103, 104 and so on, witnessed the development and prosperity of the canal. In 2013, it was included in the seventh batch of key national cultural relics protection units.
