Zhejiang Xingye Bank is located at No. 261 Zhongshan Zhongshan Road, belonging to the community of Youth Road, Lake Shore Street. The current address of the bank is designed by Shen Liyuan, a famous modern architect, the building build on the west side face the east side, with a square floor area of 3.385 mu and a building area of 3487.42 square meters. The main structure is steel mix structure, it is a five-room, two-story (partly three-story) imitation of the classical Western-style building, with basement (gold vault). On the curved stone drums on both sides of the entrance steps are Ionic double column gatehouses. The facade, steps and column shafts are made of Suzhou Jinshan granite. The central part of the building is crowned with a high dome, emphasizing the main axis of the building. The internal business hall is spacious and tastefully decorated. The nanmu used was originally the material of Hu Xueyan's old house. The floor slab, doors and windows were made of cedar and Liu'an. The flat top was decorated with decorative lines and feet of western classical style, and the business counter was made of mahogany.

The architecture of Zhejiang Industrial Bank has a western classical style, which is made of high-grade materials, coordinated in modeling proportion, and exquisite in details. Its facade is rich and varied, and it also has a sense of wealth and magnificence. It is one of the best modern architectures in Zhejiang Province, which has a certain influence in China. In 2013, it was listed in the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
